This Autumn, a gorgeous Maple Leaf shaped chocolate box provides the ideal Birthday gift.

Chocolate Choice:
Belgian Milk, Dark, or Dairy-Free / Vegan chocolate are available to order.

Design Choice:

Choose from a maple leaf chocolate box with 7 chocolate acorns or a maple leaf chocolate box with 7 acorns and 4 maple leaves, all of which are available to order.

• Each acorn has a salted caramel crunch filling.

• Two of the maple leaves have honeycomb filling, two are milk chocolate and orange flavoured chocolate.

Please note that each design now includes three chocolate fir cones to replace the 5th maple leaf. 

Each maple leaf  chocolate box comes gift boxed as shown.

Choose up to 10 characters and 3 numbers for your personalisation. Please leave in the notes box provided at the checkout.

Please Note ! The dairy free / Vegan chocolate boxes have no fillings or orange chocolate.They will all  be decorated with edible paint.
