Net Wt: – 75g  approx ( including card and gift bag )

Dimensions and Net Wt of the chocolate medal are 7cm round and 40g approx .

Your Thank you card and medal will come gift bagged as shown.

Each card as a choice of 2 x poems to choose from.

Poem 1 Reads:-  ‘ THANK YOU TEACHER’- Thank you for helping me to believe that if I try to do my best, there is so much I can achieve.
Thank you for your wisdom and helping me to shine , of all the teacher’s in the world .
I’m glad that you were mine !

Poem 2 Reads:- ‘ THANK YOU TEACHER’- For all your patience day to day .For every fear you chase away . For little hands you gently hold and all the stories you have told .For silly songs and quiet times For peaceful naps and nursery rhymes.For teaching me how to share , for being kind and being fair .For all the kind things that you have done. For making time to have some fun.For always being there for me….I am grateful and always will be .

There are 2 x designs of cards  available in 4 colours.

Choose from diamanté cards in blue, purple or pink  with poem 1 or poem 2.

Choose from blue or green swirl cards with poem 1 or 2.

I cannot guarantee which colour cards you will receive but if you leave your preferred colour in the notes box , I will try my best.

PLEASE NOTE! 
If you would like it for a Teacher’s Assistant I can remove the ‘ Thank You Teacher’ above the poem .

Also the verses are stuck in, so if you want the card without a verse you can , please leave a note in the notes box provided at the checkout.
